Plump and juicy brambles paired with fleshy sharp sloes produce this deep berry rich gin.  We added just a touch of sugar to balance the sharp hedgerow fruit flavours.  With the classic juniper base this full strength gin is perfect for the hip flask or with your tonic of choice.
