PAX, DDH SIMCOE PALE, 4.4% –A super hazy pale ale bringing all the thick fruity hop flavours of an IPA but a more sessionable level.  A biscuit malt base adds a sweetness to the citrusy hops (Simcoe and Centennial) to give flavours of peach and tangerine.

Ingredients: Water, Barley, Oats, Wheat, Hops (Simcoe, Citra, Centennial), Yeast.
